Our Story

We founded Copper Bee Holdings because we share a belief that some of Britain’s most important businesses are also its most overlooked. The companies that keep our buildings safe, compliant and operational, from fire safety to water hygiene and electrical testing, are essential to everyday life, yet often face uncertainty when founders step back or plan succession.

After years of building and leading businesses across compliance, property, and private equity-backed environments, we saw an opportunity to do things differently. We wanted to create a long-term, values-led home for these service companies, one that protects their legacy, supports their people, and helps them grow with confidence.

We bring different strengths to the table: Amit’s background in strategy, finance and M&A, and Jarard’s operational experience in compliance, construction and technical services. Together, we balance investment discipline with real-world industry understanding.

He has led more than 25 transactions and brings deep expertise in investment, integration, and governance. Amit’s collaborative leadership style focuses on creating sustainable value through people and long-term partnership.

Jarard is passionate about preserving great service companies and empowering the people behind them.
